Lotus Bridge Strategic Partners are brand management experts providing customized services at any point in the client’s journey. Founders Laura Peck and Emily Bond met 10 years ago at Coty and connected with a shared passion for creating and bringing brands to life from concept to consumer and beyond.
Emily’s strategic vision, business planning and brand development coupled with Laura’s go to market excellence and retail expertise, make them an unstoppable team. They are known for their creativity and innovative approach, bringing opportunities forward.
Emily Bond
Known as “the fixer” for turnaround and transformation, Emily Bond is a highly accomplished executive dedicated to helping brands and investors accelerate growth whether by scaling emerging brands or revitalizing established legacies.
She has over 20 years of experience in General Management, Marketing, and Sales, working with some of the most respected companies and brands in the industry such as Unilever, Coty, Givaudan, and Newell Brands. As a General Manager, Emily has run businesses from soup to nuts. Her expertise is further demonstrated through her successful launches and management of several high-profile brands.
As President of a leading fragrance house, she played a pivotal role in partnering with esteemed companies like Estée Lauder, Bath & Body Works, Revlon, L’Oreal and NEST New York.
Emily has served as an Executive Board Member of both CEW and The Fragrance Foundation. She received her master’s degree from University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and holds a BA from University of Vermont.
Emily lives just outside of the city in Westchester County, NY with her husband and two kids. You can find Emily hiking, biking and rolling up her sleeves in the great outdoors.
Laura Peck
Laura Peck is a Brand Strategy expert in the Beauty, Home Fragrance, Personal Care, and Specialty Food industries. Her 20-plus years of experience as a traditional Brand Marketer and Sales Strategist makes her skillset unique.
Laura has managed over 50 Brands throughout her career at top companies, including Reckitt Benckiser, COTY, KIND Snacks, and Newell Brands. She has led revenue growth, product expansion, and successful in-market strategies for top-tier brands. A go-to-market expert, she has extensive experience collaborating with retailers including Target, Kohls, Whole Foods, Ulta, Amazon, CVS, and Walgreens, driving in-store success, increased brand awareness, and sales growth.
Laura holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and a BS, with Honors, from Clarkson University. An advocate for Corporate Social Impact, she has won the United States President’s Volunteer Service Award and the Ford Center’s Global Impact in Management Award for her volunteer work.
Laura lives in suburban Boston with her husband and two young daughters. She enjoys spending time by the lake with her family, coaching her kids on the lacrosse field, and cooking a great meal at home.
